Butiq Returns & Exchanges
Return Window:
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. After this period, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
Eligibility:
To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Return:
Email butiqclientcare@gmail.com to request a return. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Final Sale:
Limited-edition, custom, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, return your original item first, then place a new order.
Refunds:
